Ty Theodore is General Manager of Australia’s first Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence (CESNCE), established to build the workforce needed to support the transition to a clean energy economy. With a strong background in strategic partnerships and training development in the TAFE and university sectors, Ty leads the Centre to drive skills development through industry and stakeholder collaboration, product and program design, and communications. Ty supports an Advisory Board of experts appointed to advise the Government and guide the work of the CESNCE to develop and innovate training and workforce development solutions for current and emerging clean energy industries. The CESNCE is a joint initiative between the Australian and Western Australian Governments under the National Skills Agreement.
