Christina Kelly, HR Business Partner, Chevron Australia
Christina Kelly is an experienced HR professional with a long-standing career in the oil and gas sector. She has spent the past 15 years at Chevron Australia, holding a range of roles across the Human Resources function, including Remuneration, Projects and Analytics. Most recently, Christina served as Diversity and Inclusion Manager for three years, where she led initiatives to strengthen inclusive leadership and workforce capability.
In her current role as Senior HR Business Partner for Operations, Christina partners closely with leaders to address complex people matters and create the conditions for individuals and teams to perform at their best. Her work is grounded in a strong belief that inclusive, well-designed workplaces enable better decision-making, stronger performance and a deeper sense of belonging.
