Yvette Manolas is a globally recognised climate authority, senior executive and Non-Executive Director with more than 25 years of strategic and technical leadership across business, industrial operations and climate strategy. She works with governments, corporates, institutional investors and civil society to turn climate priorities into practical, commercially grounded action.

Her long-standing advisory partnerships include the United Nations International Methane Emissions Observatory (IMEO), the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), MiQ Methane Certification and being an Executive in Residence at Deloitte. She also works for directly for corporates, as well as the Oil and Gas Decarbonisation Charter (OGCI). Yvette is a regular peer reviewer for the International Energy Agency, a Non-Executive Director of CO2CRC and a Fellow of the UK Energy Institute.

A proven operator at scale, Yvette has led oil and gas businesses generating more than $3 billion in annual revenue and overseen assets and projects valued at over $20 billion. Her leadership experience spans high-risk safety events, major turnarounds, the COVID-19 pandemic, severe weather crises and complex project integrations – situations that demand sound judgement, resilience and decisive action.
