Serge Hayon is Managing Director of Condor Energy Ltd (ASX: CND) and an experienced energy executive and Reservoir Engineer with more than 25 years of international experience across the energy industry.
Prior to joining Condor, Serge spent 20 years with Murphy Oil Corporation in a range of technical and executive leadership roles, including Subsurface Manager, General Manager Development and General Director/Country Manager for Vietnam. His experience spans the full upstream lifecycle from exploration and new ventures through appraisal, development, project execution and production, working across Asia, the Americas and Australia.
Earlier in his career, Serge worked with Norwegian technology company Technoguide AS, the developer of the Petrel subsurface software platform, prior to its acquisition by Schlumberger. This provided early exposure to technology development and the application of innovative digital solutions within the energy industry.
Serge holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Engineering Science and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
