Nicole Manison is Vice President of Government Relations and External Affairs at Tamboran Resources, where she leads government engagement and external affairs to support the company’s development of natural gas resources in the Northern Territory, including the Beetaloo Basin.

Prior to joining Tamboran in late 2024, Ms Manison had an extensive career with the Northern Territory Government, serving as Deputy Chief Minister from 2016 to 2023 and as Treasurer from 2016 to 2020. Over more than a decade in public office, she held senior economic and industry-facing portfolios including Mining and Industry, Infrastructure, Northern Australia, Trade and Energy-related responsibilities, playing a key role in major projects, resource development and economic policy.
