Neal is a Senior Well Engineer with over 14 years of expertise in the planning and execution of plug and abandonment, intervention, saturation diving, and workover campaigns. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen, Neal has gained valuable experience working in the UK as well as various international sectors. In 2023, he migrated to Australia to continue his career with Well-Safe Solutions, where he remains dedicated to contributing to the progression of the decommissioning industry.
