Ken Goh is a Senior Mechanical Engineer and the General Manager for Knud E. Hansen in Australia. The renown Danish ship design firm specialises in many types of vessels including jack-up vessels, research vessels, cruise ships, yachts, ferries, naval auxiliary vessels and icebreakers, including the new Australian icebreaker RSV Nuyina. The company was recently awarded a place in the prestigious Lloyd’s List Top 10 Technology Leaders for 2024.
Ken has been involved in numerous studies and R&D projects for the company, including development of virtual reality tools for ship design and the design of Wind Turbine Installation vessels. His published research include studies in virtual reality assisted design, wind propulsion, alternative fuels and propulsion systems for future shipping.
