Jason Young is General Manager – Wells, Supply Chain & Decommissioning for Santos’ Offshore Business Unit, with more than 20 years’ experience across Australia’s offshore oil and gas industry.
A Chemical Engineer by training, Jason has held senior technical and leadership roles with Santos, Quadrant Energy, Apache, Woodside, and Maersk Oil, working across exploration and development drilling, subsea and platform wells, and large-scale decommissioning programs.
He is known for bringing a practical, collaborative approach to complex offshore operations, with a focus on safety, value, and long-term outcomes in highly regulated environments.
