Emma Snell is Deputy Company Secretary at Alinta Energy, where she leads the company secretarial function across a large and complex corporate group. With more than a decade of experience in corporate governance, legal services, and regulatory compliance, Emma has built a career at the intersection of law, governance, and Australia’s evolving energy landscape.

Since joining Alinta Energy in 2020, Emma has held several roles within the Legal & Company Secretary team, working with senior leaders, board members, and joint venture partners, all while completing a Graduate Certificate in Emerging Technology and Law, and a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University.

Emma is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders shaping Western Australia’s energy future. She regularly mentors early‑career professionals at Alinta Energy and currently serves as Chair of the AIE Perth Young Energy Professionals Committee.
