Emily Kendall

Emily Kendall is an AuDHD engineer, systems thinker and founder of All Minds Belong, a Perth-based neuroinclusion consultancy.

Over the past decade, she has led complex studies across the mining, energy and resources sectors, applying systems thinking to solve technical, operational and commercial challenges. Through her work as an engineer, she has seen firsthand how workplace systems can either enable or limit the contribution of talented people who think differently.

Alongside her industry career, Emily has established neurodiversity employee resource groups within ASX-listed organisations, contributed to workplace inclusion initiatives, and built a growing community focused on turning neurodiversity awareness into practical action.

Drawing on both lived experience and professional experience, she is passionate about helping organisations move beyond awareness and accommodation towards designing workplaces where different ways of thinking can contribute, belong and thrive. She believes the future workforce challenge is not simply attracting more talent, but recognising, supporting and retaining talented people who think differently.
