Eliza is currently working as an Operations Engineer at Shell, where her versatile career has showcased dedication to safety and earnt global recognition for her work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions on operating assets. Passionate in promoting diversity, Eliza has led initiatives for equal opportunities and used her own personal experiences to emphasize prioritizing psychological safety and mutual care in the workplace. Most recently, Eliza was recognized as the 2024 WIRA Outstanding Young Women in Resources.
