Annabel is an experienced strategic advisor to government and industry, holding several senior roles related to strategic planning, asset investment and program delivery and design.
She has extensive experience in the energy sector and state government, having worked at Western Power, the Department of Treasury, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and as Principal Policy Advisor to the Hon Bill Johnston MLA, Minister for Energy.
Annabel has been at the forefront of the energy transition in government, overseeing resolution of key policy issues associated with industrial decarbonisation, system security, integration of large and small-scale renewable generation and asset investment.
Annabel joined Synergy in 2023 as Head of Policy and Social Value, with responsibility for supporting the organisation to navigate the rapidly changing energy environment and implementation of its Social Value Framework.
