Angela started her career in the UK in the not-for-profit sector before moving into the UK government, where she led programs focussed on transport-related behaviour change, innovation, economic growth and carbon reduction. After a stint in Amsterdam, Angela moved to Canberra to head up the strategic transport policy and planning team for the ACT Government, before finally heading back home to Perth. Angela joined the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation in 2021, and is currently leading the WA Government’s Industry Development Division, supporting the Division to build local participation, accelerate WA’s digital industry, and build the state’s advanced manufacturing and clean energy supply chain capabilities.
