Andrew Blaquiere is a mechanical engineer and offshore energy executive with experience spanning risers, moorings, flexlay operations, project delivery and commercial strategy.

His career has included engineering and commercial leadership roles in Houston and Aberdeen. He joined Maritime Developments Limited as Managing Director in 2020 and now serves as Executive Business Development Director, leading front end commercial execution and market development across Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Andrew focuses on combining modular offshore equipment, engineering and managed operations to improve vessel utilisation and deliver safer, more commercially efficient subsea campaigns.
