Alessia Magnone

Alessia Magnone is the APAC Operations Director for Gas Technology Equipment product line within Baker Hughes Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) business, based in Singapore since 2022. In her role, she is responsible to drive operation excellence, quality and HSE during the installation of Gas Technology Equipment projects within the APAC region, while deepening customers relation and collaborations.
With almost 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Alessia started her career in Florence as a project manager, dealing with multiple customers of Europe and North Africa Region. She had her first international experience in Algeria, supporting the regionalization strategy in the area.
Alessia moved to Kuala Lumpur in 2016 as the Operations Leader for the Turbomachinery business, and then took over the role of Portfolio Leader for South East Asia in 2018.
Alessia is a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within Baker Hughes and is actively involved in the Women’s Network Employee Resource Group of Baker Hughes, promoting and running STEM and female empowering initiatives for the development of the future leaders.
