FLOT is designed for operation and positioning of Class 1-4 Torque Tool onto any standard WROV. Allows tilting & rotation of TT to ensure easy docking of TT into torque interface bucket. Tilting and rotation by hydraulic cylinders connected directly to the ROV’s aux. hydraulic system.
