The Energy Exchange Australia Event App will be your hub for agenda sessions, exhibitor information, and meaningful networking. 

Keep track of what’s on, which exhibitors are on the show floor, manage your own personal schedule, book relevant meetings with your connections, and share your live experience via the EventStream.

Getting Started: 

Download the Event App via the App Store and Google Play. Simply search ‘Energy Exchange Australia’ and install the App to your device. 

FAQs

How do I login to the Event App?

To login, enter the email address used at registration and your unique PIN as the password. Your PIN is included in your confirmation email and printed on your event badge.

Upon login, you will then need to review Privacy & Settings:

• How do you want to appear to other visitors and exhibitors?
• What details do you wish to share with other attendees?
• Complete your bio
• Enter your Social Media handles (optional)
• Select your time zone (Event time zone)

You’re now logged in and ready to start planning your onsite experience at Energy Exchange Australia.

The Event App is your personal guide to getting the most out of your time at Energy Exchange Australia.

Once downloaded, you can;
• Use the floorplan to find where exhibitors, conference theatres, and other key features of the show are location. Note: this is the only place you’ll find a floorplan!
• See the full event agenda so you can plan your time at {Event Name}.
• Connect and book meetings with peers, new clients, exhibitors and more.
• Build your personalised agenda by starring your favourite sessions and networking events you want to attend.
• Join live Q&A during conference sessions.
• Browse the product directory and find exactly what you are looking for.
• Purchase tickets to our networking events.
• Share what you’re discovering via our live EventStream channel.

  1. From the home screen, select Meeting Hub to search attendees, view connection requests, or see your existing connections. 
  2. To schedule a meeting, first connect with the person you want to meet. Search for them using the search bar or scroll through the attendee list. Then tap the [person +] icon. 
  3. Once they accept your connection request, open their profile and select Meeting. Choose your preferred date, time, and duration, then send the request. 
  1. Select Agenda at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. Switch between the full Event agenda and your Personal schedule using the tabs at the top of the page. 
  3. To bookmark a session, find it in the Event Agenda and tap the star icon in the top right corner. It will appear in your Personal schedule. 
  4. All confirmed meetings will also appear in your Personal schedule.
  • Select Agenda at the bottom of the screen. 
  • Choose a specific day using the date selector at the top, or select All to view the full program. 
  • Scroll to browse sessions and tap the star icon to bookmark any you want to attend. 
  • Tap a session to view details, speaker information, and add your own notes. This is also where you will find the Q&A functionality for each session. 

Within the home screen, select the ‘Exhibitors’ icon. Here you can search by Company Name using the search bar. 

Yes! Navigate to the home screen in the App and select Ticket Purchases which will direct you to your pre-filled registration form. 

Select the events you want to attend, click ‘next’, and follow the prompts to complete transaction.
