Paul Callaghan is the founder and Director of OLEOLOGY, a provider of engineered solutions for clean water technologies. He has been involved in the oil & gas/water industry for more than 33 years. His depth of knowledge results from a career in the oil industry, followed by leading the engineering development within water treatment technologies and energy. Since 2006, Callaghan has been developing solutions for the removal of hydrocarbon and PFAS from fire training installations and has now been recognised as the most robust technology to remove PFAS to achieve below detectable leaders. He has also been actively involved in areas of mercury removal from process fluids in recent developments in both industrial application and R&D. Identified as an Industry Thought Leader and International Speaker his expertise in water treatment has been demonstrated effective problem solving applications working alongside other technology leaders in water treatment. These applications not only solve worldwide problems but also to enhance cross collaboration with multiple industries from O&G to mining.
