Kate Bardill is a Chemical Engineer with more than 22 years’ experience across the oil and gas and mining sectors. She began her career in process safety engineering and held a range of technical roles in consulting and operations before moving into senior leadership positions. Over the past decade, Kate has held roles including Engineering Team Lead for FPSOs, Operations Manager for FPSOs, Scarborough Project Integration Manager, and Improvement and Planning Manager for International Operations. She is currently the Pluto Asset Manager.
