Ka holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Science in Marine Fisheries and Environmental Science from the University of Aberdeen.

Ka Henney serves as the Vice President of Global Business Development for Westerton Access. She has 18 years experience in the offshore energy industry and extensive experience in senior management roles. She joined Westerton Access in August 2025 having executed the role of Products and Services Manager for Oceaneering where she had a core focus on integrated IMR programs in Asia Pacific to increase operational efficiency with a holistic approach that reduces risk and carbon emissions.
Prior to this Ka executed the role of Vice President of Americas for a global subsea technology organization, where she initially set up the businesses in Perth and Singapore, working closely with the Scottish Government to export the organizations subsea technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Science in Marine Fisheries and Environmental Science from the University of Aberdeen.
