Peter Metcalfe is Vice President Climate, Sustainability and Energy Policy at Woodside Energy Limited. He has held this role since June 2022, having joined Woodside June 2017. Previously he was Director of Upstream External Affairs for BP Australia, working at BP for 16 years.
The Climate, Sustainability and Energy Policy team is responsible for engaging with external stakeholders including investors, regulators and the value chain to identify priorities and expectations for ESG performance, setting the right targets, enabling the organisation to meet them successfully, and delivering reporting and disclosures.
