Present to the People Running Australia’s Upstream Energy Industry
The Energy Exchange Australia conference program runs alongside the exhibition floor. It is built through the Operator Advisory Council, with WA Government representatives and operator leadership taking part each year. Sessions cover project case studies, technical deep-dives and regulator updates across oil and gas, decommissioning, offshore wind, CCS and hydrogen.
This is your opportunity to present to a targeted audience of visitors, 72 per cent of whom carry a role in purchasing decisions. The 2026 program featured 150 industry speakers across the three days. We are now accepting speaker applications for sessions across the upstream energy sector, including:
When will I find out if I’m successful?
Is there a fee for being a presenter?
I need to make an amend after I have submitted my paper, what do I do?
Can I submit multiple papers to be considered?
Why do you need my headshot for submission?
When do you need a copy of my presentation?
My case study has two authors, can we still submit?
I’ve been selected as a speaker; do I still need to register to attend Energy Exchange Australia?
