Ty Theodore is the General Manager of Australia’s first Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence (CESNCE), established to build and support the workforce necessary for the transition to a clean energy economy. With a strong background in strategic partnerships and training development within the TAFE and university sectors, Ty leads the Centre in driving skills development through industry and stakeholder collaboration and effective product and program design.
Ty supports an Advisory Board of experts appointed to advise the Government and guide the CESNCE’s efforts in developing and innovating training and workforce development solutions for both current and emerging clean energy industries. The CESNCE is a joint initiative between the Australian and Western Australian Governments under the National Skills Agreement.
