Formally known as AOG Energy, Energy Exchange Australia is a leading energy event in Australia. Held annually in Perth, Western Australia – EXA brings together the entire value chain for a showcase of local opportunities and future capabilities.
Visitors to EXA can explore products and solutions spanning from future energy solutions, asset integrity, technology and software, health and safety, subsea, decommissioning and more.
EXA is a business event and not open to the public. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along a business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers license or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have an appropriate student identity card.
Visitors need to pre-register online to attend EXA free of charge.
Tertiary students and graduates are welcome to attend EXA. Please bring your student identity card.
Persons under the age of 15 are not permitted to attend the exhibition due to the nature of some of the exhibits on display. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to under 15s.
Yes, once registered you are welcome to visit the show as many times as you like. Please keep hold of your registration badge for re-entry.
Yes all delegates are required to provide a photo in advance of attending the event. This is important for both the events security and an efficient registration process onsite. Please also bring personal ID, such as drivers license or passport.
Once you register online you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a QR code. Use this QR code to present when you arrive to the venue to pick up your badge. The badge gives you free entry to the exhibition on all show days.

To purchase networking event tickets visit the EXA registration page or log back into your EXA account via the link in your confirmation email. Simply select and pay for the events you would like to attend. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.
No refunds will be issued for networking events. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. All “no shows” will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
The dress code for most events and on the exhibition floor is business casual. Business uniforms are acceptable at all events.
