ABOUT THE EVENT
The Timor-Leste Government’s recent acquisition of ConocoPhillips 30% and Shell’s 26% stake in the Sunrise field, coupled with the signing of the treaty with Australia establishing maritime boundaries, has reignited discussion over the future development of the Greater Sunrise Field. Timor-Leste is in a position to develop it’s hydrocarbon reserves.
The breakfast was a morning of conversation around the future of the Greater Sunrise field and new petroleum explorations opportunities in Timor-Leste, followed by the Timor-Leste Second Licensing Round.
