Currently Technology Facilities Manager at Woodside, I have the pleasure of leading and working with an awesome and diverse team. Together, we make novel technology adoption easier for Woodsiders everywhere, by delivering technology design, development, prototyping and testing products, services and platforms that enable adoption and sustainable lifecycle management of novel technology solutions within Woodside.
I have amassed nearly 20 years’ experience in oil and gas, mainly at Woodside but also with our Australian regulator, NOPSEMA, doing everything from technology and business strategy to delivery model transformation and leading change to product delivery and enterprise system implementations. What I have found most rewarding is setting up teams and people for high performance, especially in the technology domain, where the challenge of complexity and uncertainty is all part of the fun!
